Prior to the pandemic crisis created by Covid-19, I was working on an article about the Employee Experience. The Employee Experience prior to the pandemic and the employee’s well being focused on everything from the relationship between the employee and their leaders; the employee and the culture of the company; the employee and their relationship with their peers and teams; the physical environment most employees worked in; work life balance and total rewards and compensation.
